It brings me great pleasure to greet you as your Southern Regional Director and to invite you to register for our 96th Southern Regional Leadership Conference and 57th Southern Regional Zeta Amicae Leadership Workshop, "Two-Stepping Toward Our Southern Regional Centennial: A Celebration of Our Mighty Extraordinary Legacy of Leadership."
As we gather to celebrate our rich heritage and kick-off our centennial milestone, we will engage in meaningful workshops, inspiring presentations, and valuable networking opportunities designed to strengthen our bonds and enhance our leadership capabilities.
This year's theme reflects our journey through time, honoring the steps our predecessors have taken while looking forward to our continued growth and impact. Your participation is more crucial than ever and the conference will not be the same without you. Each of you carries a piece of our legacy and contributes to our collective future. Your voice, experience, and commitment are essential as we chart the course for our next 100 years of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood and Finer Womanhood.
Remember that we stand on the shoulders of extraordinary women who paved the way before us, and together, we continue to build on their foundation. Let us gather in the spirit of sisterhood and friendship to honor our past, celebrate our present, and envision our future.
Please bookmark this site as it will be updates regularly with our conference details including the full schedule, workshops, attire and other logistical detail..
It is my fervent desire that when we leave the city of Dallas, we leave "Engaged, Equipped and Empowered to Embrace the Extraordinary." Torches up Sorors and Friends and let's get ready to celebrate!

Greetings and Welcome to the 57th Hazel F. Wilson Regional Zeta Amicae Workshop where from June 12th through June 15th we are going to celebrate, take care of business, and learn new ideas for growing our auxiliaries. I am pleased that you will all be coming to the DFW-area, my home state, and in the exciting city of Dallas where there is so much to experience and so many attractions to see along with the surrounding areas.
This is a great opportunity for us to rekindle friendships with our Zeta Amicae Sisters and form new ones with our Friends. We are also going to have some great leadership seminars, facilitated by both Zeta Amicae and Zeta Friends. We will be able to see what our other auxiliaries are doing and gather ideas on what we can do better as Auxiliaries under the umbrella of our Great Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated of the “Mighty” Southern Region. I want to thank the Regional Zeta Amicae Executive Board members for assisting in the preparation. And to Zeta Amicae of Dallas - thank you for being amenable to our requests and for planning a fun experience for Zeta Amicae. I have enjoyed working with you all!
The excitement of meeting new Zeta Amicae who are ready to learn more about this wonderful auxiliary that they have joined and the many ways that they can contribute to the growth of community service, helping our young people pursue their dreams, assisting our seniors in living a more comfortable life and being able to enjoy their later years. The opportunities are endless for helping in our communities and surrounding townships through Z-HOPE. So, while we gather in this wonderful city let’s take in some of the beauty and enjoy the endless menus of different cultures and cuisines and entertainment. Lastly, this is a shoppers’ paradise so let’s do our part and help paint Dallas powder blue with accents of royal blue. Sound good?
Zeta Amicae, let’s have some fun as we put on our cowboy boots and start Two-Stepping Toward the Southern Regional Centennial while celebrating our Mighty Extraordinary Legacy of Leadership!!!!!

Greetings from Dr. Kimberly Blackwell, Basileus of Kappa Zeta Chapter; Crystian M. Lloyd, Regional Marshal; Michelle A. Joubert, Regional Co-Marshal; and Regina Smith, President of Zeta Amicae of Dallas!
We are beyond thrilled to welcome you to Dallas, Texas—a city as bold, brilliant, and dynamic as the members of Zeta Phi Beta, Zeta Amicae, and Zeta Male Network who have gathered here for this momentous occasion.
As we embark on "A Two-Step to the Southern Regional Centennial: Celebrating a ‘Mighty’ Extraordinary Legacy of Leadership," we honor the trailblazers who paved the way for our success and embrace the future of our Mighty Southern Region with pride, purpose, and a commitment to excellence.
Dallas, often called "Big D,"; is the heart of the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex, one of the nation's largest and most influential metropolitan areas. A city known for its resilience, innovation, and Southern charm, Dallas has long been a hub for Black excellence, civil rights leadership, and cultural influence. While here, take in the Reunion Tower’s skyline views, explore the rich history at the African American Museum, or experience the lively arts and music scene in Deep Ellum—a historic epicenter of jazz and blues.
This year’s conference is an opportunity to educate, empower, and elevate our members and auxiliaries as we continue the work of Zeta. Through impactful leadership sessions, engaging workshops, and the fellowship of sisterhood and service, we will further cement the legacy of Scholarship, Service, Sisterhood, and Finer Womanhood in our communities.
On behalf of our host chapter and auxiliary, the Kappa Zeta Chapter and Zeta Amicae of Dallas, and our dedicated planning team, we welcome you to this unforgettable weekend of learning, leading, and celebrating the extraordinary legacy of the Mighty Southern Region.
Enjoy your time in Big D, embrace the spirit of Texas hospitality, and let’s make this conference a stepping stone to our centennial celebration!
